I did not receive a confirmation eMail during the account setup.
Some free eMail accounts take awhile to process the confirmation eMail, it can sometimes take up to 15 minutes, if within 15 minutes you do not receive the confirmation eMail please check your Junk Mail folder and your SPAM setting. The eMail could be getting caught by your SPAM filter. If the SPAM eMails are automatically deleted change this setting to delete SPAM after 5 days. If you have a business eMail account with a Network Administrator please contact you Network Administrator. If you need assistance feel free to contact us and we can try to resolve the issue with you.
Is Find a Home Direct only for realtors?
No, Find a Home Direct welcomes everyone. Realtors and non-realtors are welcome to sell home(s) with Find a Home Direct, we treat everyone the same.
How can your packages be so inexpensive?
I think a better question is "Why are our competitors so much more expensive!?"
Can I sell more than one home at a time with Find a Home Direct?
Yes. There is no limit on the number of homes you can sell with Find a Home Direct.
What is FSBO?
FSBO is an acronym meaning "For Sale By Owner," when a seller does not use a Realtor.
How do I search for property on Find a Home Direct?
Click "Find A Home" at the top of the page. The Basic Search page will come up. Choose the fields you are interested in, then click "Search." If you would like to narrow down your results, select the "Advanced Search" tab where you’ll find more search options to choose from.
Can I edit my listing information and photos?
Yes. Log on to the "Members" section on the right-hand side of the page. Click on "Manage Home(s)." Click “View Details” to edit your listing. Be sure to click the "Submit" button to save your changes.
Can I post my listing without photos, then go back and add photos at a later time?
Yes. Log on to the "Members" section on the right-hand side of the page. Click on "Manage Home(s)." Click "View Details" then click "Edit" next to "Home Images." Be sure to click the "Submit" button to save your changes.
If I have trouble posting, or removing, my listing, is there help available?
Yes. Email us by clicking on "Contact Us" at the top right of the page, or call us at (281) 971-1322.
How are the "Featured Properties" chosen for the home page?
The section is dedicated to Gold Package listings. Two random Gold listed homes are shown here.
How do I add my property to Find a Home Direct?
First, sign up for a free account. Once you are logged on, click on "Sell A Home," select the package that best fits your needs, and fill in your property information.
How do I check messages sent to me?
Log on to the "Members" section on the right-hand side of the page. Click on "Manage Messages." Your new unread messages appear in bold.
